1. Company Information

Next View Home Improvements LTD (Company No. 16616777) is registered in England and Wales. Our registered address is 159 Moseley Road, Bilston, Wolverhampton, WV14 6HY. References to "we", "us", or "our" refer to Next View Home Improvements LTD.

2. Services

We provide window and door installation, repair, glass replacement, and related home improvement services across the West Midlands. All work is carried out by our directly employed, fully trained fitting teams.

3. Quotations & Pricing

All quotations are provided free of charge and without obligation. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices include supply, installation, removal and disposal of old materials, making good, and all applicable VAT at the current rate. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the scope of work changes after the quote has been issued.

4. Orders & Deposits

A signed order confirmation and deposit (where applicable) are required before manufacture begins. Deposits are non-refundable once the product has entered manufacture, as all products are made to bespoke measurements. The balance is payable on satisfactory completion of installation.

5. Cancellation Rights

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of signing the contract without giving a reason. To exercise this right, please notify us in writing. If manufacture has already commenced, cancellation charges may apply to cover costs incurred. This does not affect your statutory rights.

6. Installation & Access

You agree to provide reasonable access to the property for the installation team during agreed working hours. We will take all reasonable care to protect your property during installation, including the use of dust sheets and floor coverings. Internal and external making good around the new installation is included as standard. We are not responsible for existing defects or damage to surfaces that are revealed upon removal of old frames.

7. Guarantee

All installations are covered by our 10-year workmanship guarantee from the date of completion. This guarantee covers defects arising from faulty installation but does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, or failure to follow care and maintenance advice. Products also carry manufacturer warranties which are provided separately. Our guarantee is in addition to your statutory consumer rights.

8. Building Regulations

As an Assure-accredited installer, we self-certify all window and door installations to comply with current building regulations. Compliance certificates are provided upon completion and registered with the local authority on your behalf.

9. Liability

We carry comprehensive public liability insurance and employer's liability insurance. Our liability under these terms is limited to the contract value of the works. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

10. Finance

Finance options are available subject to status and affordability checks. Finance is provided by third-party lenders and is subject to their terms and conditions. Representative examples are available on request. Next View Home Improvements LTD acts as a credit intermediary, not a lender.

11. Complaints

If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact us in writing at our registered address or by email at nextviewhomeimprovements@gmail.com. We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and aim to resolve it within 28 days. If you remain dissatisfied, you may refer the matter to our accrediting body or to the relevant ombudsman service.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

We collect and process personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Personal information provided during enquiries, surveys, and installations is used solely for the purpose of delivering our services, communicating with you, and complying with legal obligations. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time by contacting us.

14. Governing Law
